All new employees are required to add a profile to the Mays faculty and staff directory. The Mays Directory contains directory profiles for all current employees – with the exception of contract workers and vendors. In addition, emeritus/emerita professors are listed in the Mays Directory for a period of five years from their retirement date.

Privacy Notice: In compliance with the Texas A&M FERPA Notice to Students, Mays Directory information may be made public for a PhD student unless the student requests that this information be withheld. All employees may edit their Mays Directory profiles at anytime by logging in to the Mays website. Any specific privacy concerns should be brought to the attention of Mays HR.

Logging in

If you have never logged in to the Mays website before, you will need to request access to your profile.

    2. Use your TAMU NetID and password to authenticate through TAMU CAS.

    1. You should now see a page similar to this. **If you receive an access error instead, please submit a Website Access request.**

Editing your profile

    1. To edit your profile,click the Profile button.

    1. Change the basic profile information if you need to.

    1. Update your headshot by clicking “Add Image”. Add your biography by typing in the box. Your phone number should be your office number.

    1. You can also update your title, education, courses you teach, and office information.
