Digital Slides

Slides for Digital Screens

Slides must be submitted the Friday before the week they are to run. All same week requests will be declined.
More than a two week run time requires additional approval.
Maximum upload size: 52.43MB
Slides must be 1280x768 and in jpg or jpeg form. Instructions on how to convert PPT to jpg

Publicize Event on Website Calendar

This form is manually processed. When complete, the process publishes your event information on the Mays website at mays.tamu.edu/events, as part of the University-wide calendar at calendar.tamu.edu. Once published on the website, the event title, date, time, and icon will appear on the informational video monitors in multiple places throughout Mays.

Separately, if allowed enough time and provided a graphic, your event will be considered for the following:

  • Social media promotion on Mays channels
  • Email marketing promotion through internal and/or external Mays channels
  • Video monitor promotion (at entrance 3 in Wehner)

Please keep this short and try not to duplicate what will be used in the longer event description as the event page will show both the summary and description together.

Featured Image Upload
Maximum upload size: 1MB
Please only upload 1 image that will be presented next to the Event Title. Please keep image width to below 600 and if possible reduce the image size to under 1 Mb to ensure the images load quickly and are mobile device friendly. If you do not supply an image, the default Mays Business School block logo will be used.

Note: Form submission initiates a manual process for website updates. When complete, or if additional information is required, the Marketing Communications team will email you. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for an initial response. Thank you.
We will make every effort to complete your request by the date above, but please understand that the date entered may be accepted as tentative based on the number of requests in the web queue.

Please only upload files that are required for the update to be completed. If uploading images for publishing to the web, please keep image width to below 2400px and if possible reduce the image size to under 1 Mb to ensure the images load quickly and are mobile device friendly.
