If you are interested in learning more about how entrepreneurship can help shape your future, then Startup Aggieland is the right place for you. Through our Explore programs, you have access to informationals, social events, and introductory workshops that provide the opportunity to learn more about what it means to be an entrepreneur. The programs under Explore will also enable you to become familiar with the process of turning innovative ideas into viable business opportunities in both startup and corporate cultures. Most importantly, Explore programs will enable you to reflect on your interests and determine if you are ready to pursue an idea or opportunity of your own. Explore programs and events are open to all currently enrolled students, faculty and staff at Texas A&M. Members of the community interested in learning more about entrepreneurship and available resources are also encouraged to attend.
Through Explore programs, you will:
- Gain a basic understanding of entrepreneurship and what it means to be an entrepreneur
- Be able to assess whether you are interested in and/or able to commit the time and resources needed to pursue your entrepreneurial interests
- Develop awareness of the McFerrin Center and the resources that are available to help you
- Become engaged in a community of innovators, entrepreneurs, dreamers, doers and disrupters.

McFerrin Methods: McFerrin Methods are thought-provoking workshops that provide an opportunity to network with entrepreneurial-minded individuals as well as expand your knowledge base. Learn more here.
Pop-Up Workshops: A series of short workshops centered around introductory topics related to entrepreneurship, business, marketing, branding, video production, and other useful topics.
Blackstone Launchpad Office Hours: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6pm. Sit down with a student business consultant from the Blackstone Launchpad to talk about your idea and find out how to get started. No appointment necessary!
