Pillars of Success

“What matters most to employers is how a recruit performs after he or she is hired. Texas A&M is among the nation’s top universities on the most important metric. Employers who hire Aggies out of the A&M Finance Program receive almost certain recruiting success in return . . . smart, ethical, hard-working, great with people and humble. Then they come back for more.”
-Britt Harris, BBA Finance ’80, President, CEO and CIO, UTIMCO

The Aggie Finance Connection
Our program has strong ties to the global finance community through an extensive network of former students, advisory boards and executive professors. These connections include companies like Bain & Co., BCG, McKinsey, Bank of America, Citi, Goldman Sachs, RBC, Wells Fargo, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Dell, BNSF, Texas Instruments, ConocoPhillips, among many others. These strong ties are bolstered by the school’s solid reputation among employers nationwide; the Mays undergraduate program was ranked in the Top 10 among U.S. public schools  by Money magazine (2020) and 23rd overall by U.S. News & World Report (2022). This combination of factors allows the Mays MSF program to offer our students unrivaled career potential, including opportunities for pre-internships during the summer prior to entering our program.  The Master of Science in Finance Program was ranked #10 by TFE Times (2019).

Chapters are based in 85 U.S. cities and 35 international locations.
