Students who earn a Ph.D. in Business Administration – Management find employment through numerous avenues:

• Faculty network: Our faculty assists doctoral students in their employment search through direct contact with colleagues at other institutions.
• Professional organizations: Our program encourages each Ph.D. student to join the Academy of Management as well as other professional associations that align with the student’s area of concentration. These organizations conduct placement activities specifically for doctoral students during regional and national meetings. Members of professional organizations also receive ads about openings in newsletters or special listings.
