Mr. Frazier’s responsibilities include sales enablement, strategic planning, talent management, business development and the performance of J.B. Hunt’s sales teams. The team’s objectives focus on creating and delivering tech enabled supply chain solutions for J.B. Hunt’s customers.
Spencer joined J.B. Hunt in 1992 after graduating from Iowa State with a degree in Transportation and Logistics Management. He has worked in various operational and sales positions in the Truck, Intermodal, Dedicated and ICS business units.
Spencer lives in Springdale, Arkansas with Teresa, his wife of 25 years, and their children Sydney, Kennedy, and Rhett. Spencer also serves as a board member for the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the American Red Cross, and the University of Arkansas Supply Chain Management Research Center.
