Spring 2023 SUMMIT: Feb. 17-18 at Hildebrand Equine Complex

Mission: To empower students as developing leaders through purposeful reflection and honest self-awareness

We believe that the best leaders are self-aware, lifelong learners who influence growth in self, others, and environments. Our mission is to support business students in their journeys to becoming strong, effective leaders by inviting them to a two-day conference weekend where they gain the tools to guide their discovery. Whether a student wants simply to lead a more fulfilling life with family and friends or wants to lead a company in a more visible professional career, the SUMMIT experience offers an opportunity to gain personal insights and connect those insights to future goals all while building a like-minded community within Mays.

The conference is free for all undergraduate Mays students.

As of Spring 2022, the SUMMIT Conference has shifted to reflect an experience with expansive opportunities for engagement. Business students can be involved in the program for up to four year by attending a new level of the conference each year, or by joining the staff as a Facilitator or Executive team member.
