Hailey Welch

Biography

Hailey Welch serves as the Program Coordinator for the Full-Time MBA Program at Mays Business School. She oversees the development, academic advising support, and ensuring a supportive educational environment with the ultimate goal of student success and achievement. Hailey is a Bryan, TX native who was born bleeding maroon. She became the first Texas A&M graduate in her family when she earned her B.S. in Health in 2017 and later completing her Master’s in Higher Education Administration at Texas A&M University in 2022. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys laid-back nights and weekends reading a book or spending time with with her husband and adorable son. She is always happy to chat and make a friend, so don’t be a stranger!
