Biography

Lauren Osborne serves as Director of Recruiter Success in the Office of Corporate Engagement at Mays Business School. In this role, she leads employer recruitment operations and develops strategic engagement initiatives that connect corporate partners with undergraduate and graduate talent across the college.

Since joining Mays in 2013, Lauren has held leadership positions across multiple units, including the Student Transformation Center (now known as the Reliant Student Experience Office), and the Center for Retailing Studies (now known as the Center for Retailing Innovation). Prior to returning to Texas A&M, she worked as the Director of Development for a nonprofit organization, and as an Executive Meeting Manager in the hotel industry.

Throughout her tenure at Mays, Lauren has contributed to numerous college-wide initiatives, advised student organizations and leadership programs, and served in various leadership and service capacities across the university. Her contributions have been recognized with the Mays Business School Star Performer Award (2015, 2019, and 2023), Texas A&M University’s Advisor of the Year Award (2018), and selection as a Fish Camp Namesake (2023).

Lauren holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, their children, Samuel and Emersyn, their Goldendoodle, Hazel, and volunteering in her children’s school.
