Marium has a deep passion for learning and feels fortunate to work in an era where technology continues to reshape education in powerful ways. She values rich learning experiences and is passionate about designing them for others, with a particular interest in how educational systems and organizations evolve and improve. Marium holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning (OPWL) and has developed a strong foundation in curriculum design, research, and digital learning. Her work includes creating interactive content, conducting large-scale needs assessments, and collaborating with educators and organizations to enhance learner outcomes. She has extensive experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and multimedia applications, and has supported faculty and teams in implementing effective instructional strategies. Marium lives with her family and enjoys reading, painting, baking, exploring new ideas, and engaging in activities that support lifelong learning.
