Amber Garcia transitioned in 2026 to serve as the Department Operations Manager for the Undergraduate Programs Office, where she supports strategic planning, operational efficiency, and student‑centered initiatives across Mays Business School.
Amber joined the Mays Undergraduate Advising Office in 2018, first supporting the team as an Administrative Associate before transitioning into an advising role in 2022 and later into advising leadership. She brings more than 15 years of customer service experience to her work, contributing a strong foundation in communication, problem‑solving, operational coordination, and student support.
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Leadership Development from Texas A&M University in 2022.
