Biography

Amanda Olson is the Senior Associate Director of the Graduate Career Management Center at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where she leads career education strategy and coaching delivery across five MBA programs. She is the dedicated career coach for all Full-Time MBA students. 

Amanda brings extensive experience across graduate and professional business programs, having previously served in senior career roles at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and across multiple Texas A&M University system institutions. Her work is grounded in a student-centered philosophy, with a particular focus on supporting career transitions, graduate students, veterans, and non-traditional students.

Amanda is an active leader within the MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance and frequently presents nationally on career education and employer connectivity. She also serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Career and Professional Development and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education Administration at Texas A&M University.
