Biography

Caroline’s professional experience at Caterpillar provided her with a strong foundation in relationship management, strategic growth, and driving measurable impact within a global organization. After graduating from Texas A&M University, she was selected to relocate to Caterpillar’s former global headquarters in Peoria, Illinois, to join the Global Marketing Training Class. In this role, she gained experience across the business, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and developed a deeper understanding of Caterpillar’s global operations and customer-focused approach.

Throughout her time at Caterpillar, Caroline built strong partnerships with dealer organizations and helped drive growth through strategic sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. As a Retail Aftermarket Services Representative, she managed three Southeast dealer accounts, partnering with dealer leadership to implement marketing infrastructure and sales strategies that drove 15% growth, exceeded sales targets, and helped key dealers rank among the top performers in North America. In her role as a Building Construction Products Aftermarket Services Representative, she was selected to lead Caterpillar’s expansion into the Mountain West, establishing a new dealer channel, developing client relationships, and helping build the foundation for a new go-to-market strategy.

These experiences strengthened Caroline’s ability to cultivate relationships, understand stakeholder goals, and connect strategic initiatives with meaningful outcomes. She is excited to bring the skills she developed at Caterpillar to the Texas A&M Foundation and support its mission of creating a lasting impact for the university, its students, and future generations.
