Christopher Wolfe was the Deborah D. Shelton professor of accounting at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. He retired in 2021. Professor Wolfe taught a graduate accounting information systems course covering analytics. His research focused on auditor judgment and decision making. He published in a number of scholarly journals including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting, Organizations, and Society, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, Behavioral Research in Accounting, Journal of Information Systems, and Journal of Management Information Systems. Professor Wolfe is a past president of the American Accounting Association’s information systems section, and he is a past vice-president of finance for the American Accounting Association.
