Eric Y. Lee is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research has been published in Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Research Methods. Prior to pursuing his PhD, he worked in the music industry as a recording artist, was an entrepreneur, and also worked in sales, international business development, and consulting.
