Dr. Warren is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Mays Business School. His research focuses on the incentives underlying the production and disclosure of various sources of accounting information, and how these sources of accounting information impact security prices, information asymmetry, and price formation. His work has been published in The Accounting Review, Review of Accounting Studies, and The Journal of Financial Reporting.
Prior to joining Texas A&M, Dr. Warren worked as a financial statement auditor in Houston, received his Ph.D. at The University of Georgia, and served as an assistant professor at the Universities of Connecticut and Arkansas. He holds a CPA license in the state of Texas.
