Biography
Dr. Pace serves as a Visiting Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. He is an interdisciplinary scholar-practitioner and executive leader in business education dedicated to embedding regenerative sustainability and responsible management practices across teaching, scholarship, and institutional service.
His research agenda identifies and confronts the systemic challenges, structural headwinds, and epistemological barriers to sustainability education. His scholarship spans three interconnected streams: epistemic challenges and curricular stagnation in business education, the metaphysics and moral philosophy of project portfolios, and political agency, governance reform, and operational alignment. Through this research, he has developed actionable instructional models like the CARE for PM framework and quantitative alignment tools such as the PASS Model.
Outside of his faculty role, he serves as Vice President of Academics and Learning for GPM Global, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Gaia Education, and co-leads the United Nations PRME Regenerative Project Management Working Group. H
