Biography

Michael Pack serves as a Program Coordinator for the Flippen Leadership Institute and Aggies in Consulting at Texas A&M University. Previously, Michael held positions with the Reliant Student Experience Office at Mays Business School, the BYU Sorensen Center for Moral & Ethical Leadership, and the Texas A&M University – The Bush School of Government and Public Service where his work focused on leadership development, nonprofit research, and meaningful student experiences. He has also served as an event coordinator for the city of Provo, Utah, and as a youth camp coordinator.

Michael grew up between Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Lubbock, Texas. After high school, he spent two years in Milan, Italy, on a religious mission before completing a B.S. in Experience Design and Management from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of the World Experience Organization.

In his current role, Michael is committed to helping students recognize their potential to lead and develop as leaders grounded in integrity, purpose, and selfless service. He believes leadership is not defined by position or title but by influencing others for good, honoring people, and creating conditions for them to flourish.
