Biography

Myranda is an Associate Director in the Graduate Career Management Center at Mays Business School, serving as the Career Coach for MS Accounting, MS Entrepreneurial Leadership, and MS Human Resource Management students. Known for her encouragement and expertise, she helps students build confidence as they prepare for meaningful opportunities in business and beyond. Myranda enjoys collaborating on everything from resumes to cover letters and is always ready to provide guidance to help students achieve their professional goals.

Prior to joining Mays Business School, Myranda spent nearly ten years at Kansas State University’s College of Business, where she co-created the Career Development Center and designed a required career development course for all business students. Her commitment to empowering students was recognized with the KS State Bank Advising Award for Outstanding Advising in 2017.

Starting her professional career, Myranda worked for over five years as the Workforce Development Coordinator at the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce, supporting member businesses in talent acquisition and assisting jobseekers in their career transitions. Through each role, Myranda has demonstrated a consistent passion for helping others grow and succeed.
