Sam Wilson brings over 16 years of experience as an educator and a strong background in organizational performance and workplace learning to his work at Mays Business School. He currently serves as a Project Manager within the Teaching and Learning Innovation team, where he supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of online graduate courses and related initiatives.
Before moving into project management, Sam worked as an instructional designer, partnering with faculty to design and develop high-quality online learning experiences. This experience gave him a practical understanding of course design, faculty needs, and the realities of academic production timelines, which now informs his project management approach.
Having spent a significant portion of his career in teaching and learning roles, Sam values collaboration and continuous improvement. He enjoys working with motivated faculty and staff to strengthen the quality and reach of Flex Online Graduate Degree programs at Mays Business School.
Sam’s international experience has broadened his cultural perspective and strengthened his ability to work with diverse stakeholders. He aims to use this perspective to support effective, inclusive, and well-managed educational experiences for students worldwide.
