Biography
Travis Normand is an attorney and Senior Counsel in the College Station office of Stibbs & Co., P.C. He represents businesses and property owners in commercial transactions, civil litigation, and commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on risk mitigation and practical problem-solving.
Travis earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and holds three degrees from Texas A&M University: a BBA in Marketing, a BBA in Management, and an MS in Marketing. He is a third-generation Aggie, and while attending Texas A&M he received the Buck Weirus Spirit Award, was twice named as a Mays College of Business Distinguished Student, and he competed on the university’s rugby team.
Before practicing law, he worked in sports administration with the NFL’s Houston Texans and Texas A&M Athletics and later owned and operated a real estate mortgage company. He currently serves as Eastern Region Chair of the Texas Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, serves as an assistant coach to the Texas A&M rugby team, and he is active in other various community activities.
Outside of his law practice, Travis is the instructor for FINC 676 (“Commercial Real Estate Law”) which he started in the Fall of 2025.
Travis lives in College Station with his wife and two children.
