Lee Graebner

Biography

Lee serves as an undergraduate academic advisor at Mays Business School, where she primarily supports lower-level students in Business Administration. 

With a background in education, Lee brings a student-centered approach to her advising practice. Before joining Mays, she was a high school Graphic Design teacher, guiding students from freshman through senior year as they developed their creative skills, set personal and professional goals, and prepared portfolios for college and career opportunities.

Lee is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where students feel accepted, heard, and seen. She believes in building meaningful connections and empowering students to take ownership of their educational journey. By focusing on the unique goals and needs of each individual, Lee fosters a collaborative advising relationship that helps students thrive both academically and personally for a positive college experience.
