Martin is an experienced IT consultant and was last an End User Support Specialist IV (Technical Team Lead) at Texas A&M University. While serving within the central Technology Services unit, he led the Tier 2 support team for the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) and associated digital learning technologies. Martin has a proven track record of problem-solving and technical leadership, notably guiding faculty and staff through the transition from Blackboard to Canvas and maintaining critical support operations during the initial COVID-19 outbreak.
