Biography
Alicia Erben joined Texas A&M Mays Business School in January 2024 as an Instructional Designer for the Teaching & Learning Innovation Team. As an Instructional Designer, she is dedicated to collaborating with faculty to support Mays’ vision of designing and developing preeminent courses by leveraging current educational technologies, relevant course materials, and engaging learning activities with real world application.
Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Ohio University, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and over 10 years of experience in academia to her role.
With a background as a former teacher and instructional coach, Alicia has cultivated a diverse skill set by working with various learner populations, including military children and GED students. Her experience extends beyond the classroom, where she has successfully led, instructed, supported, and advised educators in the development of impactful course content.
