May and Spring Break Programs

Selected students enroll in a spring course for three (3) credit hours and then travel abroad for 1-2 weeks during spring break or in May.

Program Details

  • The application period is Aug. – Nov. 1. Students are selected on a rolling basis upon approval until the program is at capacity.
  • The $300 CIBS administrative fee billed after students ‘commit’ to a program is non-refundable.
  • Please refer to the TAMU Health & Safety Travel Preparations website to prepare for a healthy and safe international experience.

  • CIBS Global Programs Scholarship: Winter, spring break, and May programs (w/ spring course): Oct. 12
  • University-Wide Scholarships: Winter, spring, spring break, and May programs (w/ spring course): Sept. 10 – Oct. 12

  • Submit Education Abroad Cost of Attendance Adjustment Form (provided by CIBS) to Scholarships & Financial Aid for additional scholarships, grants, and loans
