Student Worker Positions
The James Benjamin Department of Accounting has various opportunities for student employment. Positions are available to undergraduate and graduate students alike. Student positions include office work, technical work, faculty assistants, help desk tutors, and exam proctors. Department of Accounting student positions are not eligible for non-resident tuition waivers. Incomplete applications will not be considered and only the most competitive applications will be called for interview. Background checks are a requirement. If hired
- Appropriate original identification documents will be needed to complete an Employment Eligibility Form (e.g. driver’s license, birth certificate, current passport, non-laminated social security card, and if you are an international student, you will need your passport, I-20 form and I-94 form).
- Current banking information will be needed to enroll in Direct Deposit. Successful background check required for employment.
- All employees must take mandatory online training. This information will be emailed on the position start date. This training must be taken within 30 days of your start date. Failure to complete this training could result in loss of work time until the training has been completed.
