Our approach also provides a solid knowledge base for students who plan to pursue graduate studies in business, law or other disciplines.

Students hone their skills in written and verbal communication, teamwork and problem solving through group projects, presentations and other classroom activities.
Undergraduate students in our program have the opportunity to tailor their studies through taking electives in one of five areas:

- Entrepreneurial Leadership
- Human Resource Management
- Nonprofit Management
Management students are encouraged to participate in internships to gain short-term work experience, explore career interests and develop business skills in a professional, on-the-job environment.
