Biography
Ashley Hilgemeier is a lifelong resident of College Station and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences in 2003. Ashley worked as the Assistant Director of an event facility for three years before joining the Center for Executive Development at Mays Business School in May 2005, where she currently serves as Director of Client Engagement. In her role, she works with corporate clients on their training needs and has had the opportunity to travel worldwide to locations such as Dubai, Cairo, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and several European countries.
Ashley is the recipient of the Mays Outstanding Staff Award (2007), the Halliburton Chairman’s Award (2008), the Texas A&M President’s Meritorious Service Award (2010), and Mays Star Performer Award (2018). Ashley also had the honor of being a Fish Camp namesake (2016) at Texas A&M, which is a nominated position related to the university’s orientation program for incoming freshmen. Ashley has also participated in multiple professional development courses through the Disney Institute and UNICON (global consortium for university-based executive education). In her spare time, Ashley enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
