Biography
Brittany returned to Mays Business School in June 2012 to be an Academic Advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Office where she served for almost 7 years. In early 2019, she transitioned to the Accounting Department to begin serving as Assistant Director and Advisor of the MS Accounting program in addition to helping support advising needs of the Professional Program in Accounting as needed. In Fall 2022, Brittany was asked to take on the role of Assistant Director of the Professional Program in Accounting as well as the MS Accounting Program in the James Benjamin Department of Accounting.
Brittany is committed to helping her students explore undergraduate and graduate learning opportunities and develop their academic and personal goals. Brittany strives to help each student recognize their whole-person potential, as well as the steps needed to experience success, in and outside the classroom.
Brittany graduated with a BBA in Management from Mays Business School and is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2008. Prior to joining the staff at Mays, Brittany spent four years teaching in public schools in North Texas and the Brazos Valley.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time and making new memories with husband, Walt, and three children, Olivia, Deacon, and Sloan.
