Christine designs and facilitates leadership solutions for organizations to help them identify their leadership style, build high performing teams, and execute strategy. Her passion for leadership development, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning has also led her to consult internationally with NGOs in Rwanda and Peru on strategic planning and organizational development. Christine has also served as a representative to the United Nations on behalf of an NGO, focusing on global leadership competency development.
Christine is a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach; iPEC Certified Professional Coach; Positive Intelligence Coach; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator; DiSC partner; Hogan facilitator; EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 assessor; trainer through the International Institute of Restorative Practices (IIRP); and a trainer through the organization Leadership Trainer, which certifies leadership trainers in facilitation skills. Christine earned a Ph.D. in Comparative & International Education, M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction, and B.S. in Social Sciences.
