Emma Bianchi works at the Center for Executive Development (CED) at Mays Business School, where she helps design and deliver leadership development programs for professionals and organizations. She enjoys collaborating with faculty, clients, and colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences that blend academic insight with real-world application.
An Aggie through and through, Emma is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the department of Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. Her academic interests focus on adult learning, professional development, instructional design, and leadership education, with a particular emphasis on how organizations can foster engaging and effective learning environments. Passionate about lifelong learning, Emma is dedicated to helping others grow and develop both personally and professionally.
Originally from the central coast of California, Emma now calls Texas home. Outside of work, she enjoys being a homebody, spending time with her husband and dogs, quilting, practicing photography, and baking — creative outlets that bring balance and joy to her life.
