Biography

Heather Huntley is the Operations Manager for the Graduate Career Management Center at Mays Business School. She oversees office operations, data reporting, budgeting, and student staff supervision. She serves as the primary liaison for career systems and web development partners and collaborates with other members of the leadership team to formalize procedures and strategic goals to provide the best outcomes for graduate students at Mays and the employers who want to hire them. 

Heather has extensive experience in career services and has held progressively responsible roles at both the University of Texas at Dallas and Iowa State University, teaching several courses and leading a study/work abroad program. Most recently she led university accreditation efforts and managed a comprehensive academic program review process as an Assistant Vice Provost at University of Toledo, before moving with her family to College Station in Fall 2024.
