Lauren Ham is the Coordinator in the Office of Alumni and Corporate Engagement at Mays Business School, where she joined the team in October 2025. In her role, Lauren supports initiatives that strengthen connections between Mays, its alumni, and corporate partners, fostering meaningful engagement opportunities for Mays Business Students.
Previously, Lauren served as the MBA Admissions Officer in the Graduate Programs Office, where she guided prospective students through the admissions process and ensured a smooth and welcoming experience. Before joining Mays, she worked in franchise development in the DFW metroplex, helping entrepreneurs pursue their goals of building successful businesses.
Lauren earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in 2021. A proud Aggie, she enjoys cheering on Aggie athletics and spending time with her husband and their two spoiled dogs.
