Biography
Luis brings a diverse professional background focused on problem-solving, remote technical support, and customer service. He has worked with companies such as AT&T and Sprint in remote technical support roles, and with private security organizations where he gained experience with AV equipment and CCV systems. He also has management experience as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness. Outside of work, Luis enjoys drawing, gaming, watching anime, camping, fishing, and exploring new foods.
