Biography

Manish Bengani is an Associate Director in the Graduate Career Management Center at Mays Business School, where he leads career services and career programming for Specialized Master’s programs and serves as the career coach for MS MIS students. He designs and teaches professional development content and delivers workshops focused on communication, teamwork, and professional presence. He is known for building scalable, student-centered career services through strong coaching, alumni partnerships, and systems that create consistent support across programs. Manish brings almost two decades of experience across higher education, L&D consulting, and IT. At Mays, his work spans graduate career coaching, program-wide career programming, alumni networking and mentorship initiatives, and the use of data and technology to improve the student and employer experience (including career services platforms and reporting). Prior to joining Mays, Manish led large-scale career development initiatives and employer engagement at Ashoka University. He also helped advance career services technology at the University of Wyoming, including implementing Handshake and supporting career-services e-learning and LMS-based programming. Earlier in his career, he worked in IT, supporting CRM systems in enterprise environments and later founded WinnoMinds Learning, where he designed and delivered corporate behavioral and professional skills workshops across industries.
