Biography
Mitchell Parry is an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background in UNIX-derived systems. He has over 10 years of experience, and has held a range of positions from Tier 1 Support Technician at a local MSP to Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer at a publicly traded telecommunications corporation. He has earned several industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Jamf 100 certification, and ITILv4 Foundations certification. Mitchell is also a certified HDI Service Desk Analyst. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s degree in Information Technology.
Mitchell is a military veteran who served in the United States Coast Guard. He was an elite boat crew member at a Surf Station, and he was also a qualified classroom instruction specialist at the USCG’s recruit basic training center. Mitchell achieved the rank of Gunner’s Mate 3rd class and resigned honorably in 2015 to begin his career in IT.
