Biography
Dr. Robert Miller is a Clinical Professor at the Mays Business School of Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Mays faculty in 2025, Dr. Miller taught for sixteen years at Central Michigan University and three years at Ashland University in Ohio. Dr. Miller earned his PhD in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas. He has an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BS in Computer Science from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Before becoming an academic, Dr. Miller worked as a systems analyst and consultant in the power and telecommunications industries. Dr. Miller’s research interests include information systems service quality and student uses of technologically mediated social networks.
