Biography

Veronica Stilley joined Mays Business School in 2009 and serves as the Director of the MS program in Management Information Systems (MS-MIS), as well as the Co-Director of the MS program in Supply Chain and Analytics (MS-SCAN). She has worked in academia for over thirty years and has a passion for creating and fostering working relationships with students in order to help them succeed academically and translate that success into their own personal and professional advancement. Among many other things, her roles include the oversight of the department’s undergraduate and graduate advising and the management of recruiting and admissions for the MS-MIS and MS-SCAN programs.

Before joining Mays Business School, Veronica served as the Academic Programs Manager for the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for six years. Prior to moving into higher education administration, she was an educator for over twelve years, teaching in both the K-12 sector and at the junior college level.

Veronica is a Graduate Mentoring Academy fellow and is an advisor for Buddy Connect, an MS-MIS student mentoring organization. In addition, she was a founding member of the Staff Council at Mays Business School and served on the Texas A&M University Staff Council as the representative of Mays Business School from 2013-2016. She was a recipient of the Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Award in 2017, the Mays Star Performer Award in 2012, 2015, 2018, and 2023, and the Mays Outstanding Staff Award in 2012 and 2018. She is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA).

Veronica earned both a BS in Curriculum & Instruction and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University.
