Prerequisites

Prerequisites are not required at the time of application. Prerequisites are due by the Summer I term (mid-July) following admission. AP or transfer credit is accepted from accredited universities. Students may take the courses online, as needed, to meet this deadline. For students without a strong mathematics background, additional coursework in coding, linear algebra and differential equations is strongly encouraged.

Sophomore Start

MSQF Sophomore Start is the best way to maximize your experience and the benefits of our program. The Sophomore Start allows you to take 14 credit hours of MSQF courses while you are still an undergrad. This includes six hours that you will take in May and August Boot Camps following admission. While the primary reason is for recruiting competitiveness, MSQF Sophomore Start also has the benefit of reducing the cost of the program by up to 10% because the 14 hours of courses taken while an undergrad is charged at the undergrad tuition rate.

Emphasis for Sophomore Start acceptance is placed on the following in order of importance: GRE/GPA, career goal, career focus and maturity, and resume strength.
