Executive MBA
Crafted for seasoned leaders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, including seven years in managerial roles, our Executive MBA cohorts exhibit an impressive average of 18-20 years of professional experience.
Our class schedule is designed to meet twice a month, providing an immersive learning experience while respecting your work commitments. Sessions occur on alternate weekends, minimizing time away from the office, and consist of one Friday session from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and two Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This structure offers the flexibility and continuity necessary for a well-rounded and effective learning journey.
Curriculum Highlights
Embark on a journey of comprehensive business knowledge through our Executive MBA program, coaches and thought leaders from Mays Business School. The program commences with Immersion Days, laying the foundation and setting expectations for the upcoming 21 months. Our curriculum provides an in-depth exploration of key business functional areas, including corporate strategy, finance, accounting, business analytics, talent management, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Highlighted courses feature mergers & acquisitions and global leadership.
Additionally, we prioritize the development of your Leadership and Executive Performance skills tailored for the C-suite, encompassing business communication, career coaching, executive presence, and a personalized capstone project. Recognizing the importance of understanding the impact of public policy on business operations, we offer a unique experience with a four-day trip to Washington, D.C., where participants actively engage in the Washington Campus Seminar.
Professional MBA
This program is designed for working professionals seeking to enhance their managerial skills, broaden their business knowledge, and advance their careers without interrupting their professional career trajectory. You will experience a program focused on your leadership, professional development, and personal growth. A minimum of two years of work experience and strong quantitative skills are required for admission and success in the program.
Classes convene on alternating weekends, with sessions scheduled on Fridays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., minimizing disruption of the work week. We provide the flexibility to attend livestream online if you have travel or work conflicts.
Curriculum Highlights
Our Professional MBA program offers a core business foundation including business analytics, accounting, finance, operations, corporate strategy, marketing, international business, and human resource management. Curriculum for your personal development includes leadership, negotiations, ethics, critical thinking, and business communication. Electives offer the opportunity to increase your knowledge in digital marketing, services marketing, energy finance, entrepreneurship, and analytics.
You will participate in two fantastic experience weeks: Immersion Days to start the 22-month program and an international trip during the summer between your first and second year. Past trips include Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Vietnam, Morocco, Indonesia, Spain, and Estonia.

Most expenses for orientations and trips are also included. A limited number of merit-based scholarships are available to all admitted applicants — no separate application required.
