Mays Business School offers a variety of summer faculty-led and exchange program opportunities in a number of locations. Program requirements and application deadlines may vary.

Program Details

Faculty Programs

The application period is Sept. 3 – Dec. 15. Students are selected on a rolling basis upon approval until the program is at capacity.
The $300 CIBS administrative fee and $200 EA exchange fee billed after students ‘commit’ to a program is non-refundable.

Exchange Programs

Application Period is Nov. 1 – Feb. 1. Students are selected on a rolling basis upon approval until the program is at capacity.
The $500 EA exchange fee billed after students ‘commit’ to the program and is non-refundable. There is no CIBS administrative fee.

Requirements

A valid passport is required for summer programs by January 15. The passport must have validity of at least six (6) months beyond program end date.
Please refer to the TAMU Health & Safety Travel Preparations website to prepare for a healthy and safe international experience.

Funding

CIBS Global Programs Scholarship: Feb. 1.
University-Wide Scholarships: Oct. 15–Feb. 1.
Visit the Education Abroad Funding page for additional funding sources.
Submit Education Abroad Cost of Attendance Adjustment Form (provided by CIBS) to Scholarships & Financial Aid for additional scholarships, grants, and loans.
