Biography
Dr. Daria Panina has been a member of the Management Department at Mays Business School since 2003. She teaches international business and management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and frequently leads Mays Business Study Abroad programs. Her research focuses on global mindset, global competencies, and the teaching and learning of international business. Dr. Panina is an active member of the Academy of International Business (AIB), where she served as the inaugural chair of the AIB Teaching and Education Shared Interest Group. She also contributes to the global virtual experiential learning project X-Culture and serves on its advisory board. Additionally, Dr. Panina is a member of the editorial boards for the European Journal of International Management and AIB Insights. She has guest-edited teaching-focused special issues in several journals, including the Journal of Teaching International Business, Journal of Management Education, and Critical Perspectives on International Business.
