The 2024 Texas A&M Accounting Research Conference will be held on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas from October 2024. The conference will begin on October 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Kyle Field press box. The afternoon will include three paper presentations and will conclude with a tour of Kyle Field, a Reveille meet and greet, and a dinner event at BigShots Golf.
The second day of the conference will be held at Mays Business School and will include two paper presentations. The conference will conclude on October 2024 with lunch from 11:15am to 12:45pm.
Conference is by invitation only. There is no registration fee. Attendees are responsible for transportation and hotel expenses. We will provide dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Friday.

Room Block Rate: $179 + tax
We have reserved a hotel room block at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, which is within walking distance from Kyle Field. The negotiated room rate is $179.00 (King or Queen) per night, plus tax. Please book your room through the button below. The conference will be held ahead of a football game weekend, we recommend that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee room availability after the hotel block closes.

Transportation
Local Airport: Easterwood Airport (CLL)
Fly directly to the Easterwood Airport (CLL) in College Station, Texas, which is 3 miles away from the hotel. However, the connecting flight to College Station is limited.
Alternatively, you could fly to Houston (George Bush Intercontinental Airport – IAH) or Austin (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport – AUS), both of which are around 100 miles from College Station.
There is a shuttle service from Houston (George Bush Intercontinental Airport – IAH) to College Station provided through Ground Shuttle (www.groundshuttle.com).
There is no shuttle service available from Austin (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport – AUS).
