Biography

Cong Zhang is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. His research interests include newcomer adjustment, interpersonal relationships, and employee well-being. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Cong earned his B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Economics at Peking University.
