Biography

Gail Boyd Rogers is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Management department at Mays Business School.

Gail brings 30+ years’ industry practitioner experience to the classroom. Her career has spanned the full spectrum of Human Resources, including organizational development, strategic human resource planning,  talent management, change management, diversity practices, employee relations and compliance, talent acquisition, and technology transformation. Throughout her career, Gail was involved in projects to create transformational results ranging from technology adoption, business operations consolidation, go-to-market strategy impact analyses, M&A and divestitures to talent management and stewardship and the subsequent change management support for the organization. Additionally, Gail served the broader HR community for ten years as a volunteer with the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) on the HR Certification Exam Development Panel.

Gail earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from DePaul University, her MBA from Texas A&M University, and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati.
