Hyewon Ji is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management, Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, with a focus on Organizational Behavior. Before joining the Ph.D. program, she earned her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Texas A&M University and B.A. in Philosophy at SungKyunKwan University in South Korea. Her research interests include workplace deviance, diversity, organizational culture/climate, and technology-human interaction.
