Biography

Jennifer Griffin serves as Assistant Director of Academic Services & Engagement in the Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. With more than 11 years of experience in higher education, she is dedicated to supporting student success through academic operations and student-centered services. Prior to her career in higher education, Jennifer spent nearly 10 years in banking, where she served as an Associate Manager.

In her role, Jennifer oversees undergraduate and graduate academic operations, including course scheduling, curriculum initiatives, admissions processes, and advising support. She collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and university partners to enhance the student experience and support the department’s academic programs.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, serving in her local church, Dwell Church, and helping her husband operate Griffin & Sons Farm, where they raise sheep and produce farm-fresh eggs. Jennifer also enjoys vegetable and flower gardening and baking sourdough bread, whenever time allows.
