Ji Koung Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He joined Mays in July 2019. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Korea University. His research investigates how organizational members’ social environments shape their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships, with particular interest in impression management, social evaluations, and social exchange dynamics. His work has been published in Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
