Kimberlyn Munevar is an Assistant Professor in the James Benjamin Department of Accounting at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. She joined on July 1, 2024. Prior to joining, she earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics at The University of Texas at Austin.
Her research seeks to understand the information environments and decision-making of capital market participants. Her work has been published in The Accounting Review and has been cited in SEC regulation and in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Bloomberg.
