Yifan Song is an Associate Professor of Management at the Mays Business School. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Florida. Her research has been published in leading management outlets, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. She currently serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Management.
